The Coaching Programme

So how does it work?

My specialised 3i Coaching programme get results for my clients time again, which is broken down into three phases: 

Phase 1: Identity: In this phase, you’ll discover who you are, and who you think you are (yes, there’s a difference!). You’ll be waving goodbye to that negative voice in your head that keeps holding you back, transforming the way you speak to yourself, and sensing your confidence levels soar.

 

Phase 2: Intention: Not having clear, daily intentions is costing you in your career - thousands of conversations have told me as much. There’s an art to getting this right though, so in this phase, you’ll discover how to finally create intention around achieving your goals.  You’ll discover my 10-point tick list that will motivate and inspire you, dramatically increasing the likelihood of success in your career.

 

Phase 3: Implementation: In this final phase, we’ll nail the piece of the jigsaw that most people miss – how to actually implement your plan for success! Staying motivated and making your habits stick will becomes problems of the past, as you learn simple but powerful brain hacks to stay consistent and make progress like never before.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll go from stuck and self-critical to clear, confident, and in motion.
This isn’t fluffy mindset work. It’s practical, structured coaching that gets real results — in life, work, and how you feel about yourself.
