Tell-tale sign of confidence?
You'd expect me to say something like, ‘not trying to fit in with everybody else’ wouldn't you?
Yet purposely trying to stand out is little better than desperately trying to fit in, in my opinion.
Confident people don't try to fit in, nor they do try to stand out.
They don't even play that game.
They do what aligns with them, with what they want to do, usually that which brings joy to themselves and those around them.
Sometimes that's what everyone else is doing, sometimes it's completely different. It's just not a game they're interested in.
What's refusing to play the game feel like?
More confidence. More peace. More freedom.
Less insecurities. Less comparison. Less frustration and fear.
Sounds good, doesn't it?
