What if I am not sure what the “one problem” is?
That’s normal. We’ll identify the highest-impact issue on the Confidence Clarity Call so the sprint has a clear target.

Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is coaching. We work on the story driving the doubt, then convert it into practical action and follow-through in real work situations.

Do you tell me what to do?
No. I won’t advise you how to do your job. I’ll challenge the thinking that keeps you stuck, help you see clearly, and hold you to the actions you choose.

How are the sessions delivered?
Online, 1:1. You’ll get the link and everything you need once booked.

​

Is there support between sessions?
Yes. Light-touch check-ins to keep momentum and help you apply what we’re working on in real time.

What if I need more than 4 weeks?
If the issue is solved but you want to go deeper, you can step into the 12-week Self-Trust System. If the pattern is clearly bigger than one issue from the start, I’ll tell you.

What if I cannot make one of the sessions?
We’ll reschedule within the sprint window where possible. Consistency matters, so the expectation is one session per week.

​

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?
This is a coaching service, and results come from application. If you’re unsure, start with the Clarity Call and we’ll make sure it’s the right fit before you commit.
